About Us
Christian Shu
CEO/Co-founder
Hi! I’m Christian, CEO and co-founder of the non-profit LIT Learning. I was born and raised in Santa Monica and started this non-profit after I understood the effects COVID had on education. The rapid decrease in IQ from lack of in-person learning was astounding and had affected ALL students. That’s why I took the initiative and started LIT Tutors with my friend Max. Somebody needed to help our students break out of this learning deficit. When not in school, I like to do robotics and have excelled in math and STEM-related classes. It’s actually what I specialize in. I like playing tennis and video games and am very close with my family. I love hanging out with my friends and hope this non-profit can make a positive difference in our students’ future.

Growing up in Los Angeles, I enjoy the great music and amazing food. I also developed my love for learning and became very close with Christian during our time on Zoom. Christian and I noticed how easy it was to get distracted while on Zoom and wanted to make sure students didn't get behind on their learning, so we decided to start a non-profit tutoring organization. love playing volleyball, making music, and having fun. I have always excelled in science and writing, and with my help, I hope to teach our students to succeed.
